Heavy Equipment Operator Position at Garrett Contracting
Responsibilities:
- Operate various equipment such as dozers, excavators, and skid steers with precision and safety.
- Safely and effectively load rock, dirt, debris, and other materials.
- Occasionally perform manual labor and work on the ground to complete tasks as needed.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain a consistently high level of work quality.
- Foster positive working relationships with Technicians, Foremen, Superintendents, Inspectors, Developers, and other team members.
- Assist coworkers in ensuring the site is clean and organized at the end of each shift.
- Adhere strictly to all safety rules and regulations while performing job duties.
- Represent and promote Garrett Contracting in a professional and honest manner.

Qualifications:
- GPS experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
