General Laborer Position at Garrett Contracting
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and stack materials, equipment, and tools efficiently and safely.
- Operate small and medium hand/power tools to complete various construction tasks.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, ensuring they are safe and ready for work.
- Dig trenches, compact earth, and backfill holes as required by project specifications.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to implement detailed construction plans.
- Maintain positive working relationships with Technicians, Foremen, Superintendents, Inspectors, Developers, and other team members.
- Adhere strictly to all safety rules and regulations while performing job duties.
- Represent and promote Garrett Contracting in a professional and honest manner.

Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary. Training will be provided.
