The Story Behind Garrett Contracting

Our Story

Garrett Contracting started in 2018 after observing the explosive growth North Alabama has been experiencing. There are so many new companies and families moving in, there aren’t enough people to do the construction. After noticing this issue, we decided to take action!

First, we purchased a mini-excavator. After completing some small residential projects and odd jobs with our machine, we knew expansion was inevitable! We purchased a skid steer, dump truck, and bulldozer, affording us the ability to complete larger projects. Over the next few years, we experienced exponential growth, adding new trucks, dozers, and excavators to our fleet!

Today, Garrett Contracting is fully equipped to perform nearly any residential or commercial land development project. We are proud to be recognized as one of the premier contractors in North Alabama!
